High quality product - much higher quality than the stock Sennheiser cable. I spent years wearily jiggling the wee connectors around when the audio would suddenly cut just as I was trying to listen clearly to something important in the heat of the moment, amd it turns out all I needed to do was order a cable from Arachne Audio. Swift delivery too and gorgeous presentation. You'll pay a modest premium for what it very much a premium product, but it will be the last replacement cable you ever buy. (Unless you're like me and you have several spare pairs of HD25s that you now intend to replace the cables on too).
Outstanding choice of options when it comes to configuring a cable to your own liking. Great quality work and top notch communication while waiting for the cable to be produced and shipped out. I bought a black and embergold cable for my Sennheiser HD660S2, with parallell braiding, metal splitter, Neutrik XLR and Cardas connectors.
Arachne Audio exceeded all of my expectations! The build and quality is outstanding! I ordered this Medusa Series custom cable for my Beyerdynamic T1 (3rd Gen) with the Furutech 4pin XLR connector. It did take a couple of weeks to have it shipped from Estonia to the US, but it was worth it. Thank you Arachne Audio! I definitely will be ordering custom cables from you in the future.
I am very satisfied with the Arachne cable for Fostex headphones.

I attended a CanJam recently and bought a set of headphones that had an extremeky long cord 6’). Since I bought them at a show, I could not choose the cord length. I tried several cords that caused the highs to screech, so I was a little discouraged. However when I purchased balanced cables from Arachne, they were perfect. They did not effect the headphone tuning and I was able plsy them both with and without a Dac/Amp and without, with a flat EQ, plus I did not have 6’ of cables dangling while I listened.
