US Orders: Duties Included

Updated October 2026. US orders now include import duty at checkout. You see the full cost before you pay, and there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

How it works

• Since 29 August 2025, every parcel entering the US is subject to import duty, whatever its value.
• We calculate the duty at checkout and show it as its own line, so you know the exact amount.
• We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with Nova Post (UPS). We pay US Customs directly, so the courier will not ask you for anything on delivery.

How much is the duty?

Our cables are handmade in Tallinn, Estonia. Goods made in the EU currently carry a 10% US duty, calculated on the product price (not on shipping).

Example: a $114 cable has $11.40 duty, plus shipping.

A few items we resell are made outside the EU and can carry a different rate. Checkout always shows the exact amount for your order.

Delivery times

Every parcel goes through US customs clearance, which can add 1 to 3 business days. You get tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can arrange it without extra customs charges.
