Workshop Update

Paint booth in progress

We've moved into a new workshop and are building a dedicated paint booth — a proper space, properly ventilated, built for the work we want to put our name on.

While construction continues, made-to-order custom paint commissions are temporarily paused. Finished one-off pieces in our Custom Paint collection remain available and ship as usual. Cable work and other services continue without interruption.

  • Worldwide. Every order includes tracking. You'll get the details via email as soon as it ships.

  • Baltics & Nordics: 1, 3 days. Rest of Europe: 4, 6 days. International: 8, 14 days. These are estimates, most orders arrive faster.

  • Not happy? Return unused items within 14 days for a full refund. Custom orders are final sale since they're made specifically for you, but we'll make it right if anything's wrong.

  • We can make changes before your cable ships, but once custom work has started we can't cancel it. To cancel (where it's still possible), use the Cancel order link in the footer. For a modification, contact us at orders@arachne.audio with your order number and we'll sort it out.

  • Probably not. Tracking often goes quiet once a parcel leaves Estonia and the local carrier takes over, especially outside the EU. A silent stretch of 10 to 15 days is normal. If it's been more than two weeks past dispatch, email us with your order number and we'll dig into it.

  • Find your headphone model, pick your options (color, length, connectors), and add to cart. The visual slider on each product page shows exactly what you're getting.

  • Our Inspiration page is packed with recent builds. Got something specific in mind? Reach out, we'll mock it up for you before you commit.

  • Most cables ship within 3, 5 business days, but we will keep the production queue updated on the checkout page.

  • It's important to note that splitters are purely decorative and do not have any impact on the audio quality or durability of the cables we offer.

    As such, your decision to include a splitter in your setup should be based solely on your aesthetic preferences and not on any functional benefits.

  • Yes, if there is some special color, or anything else you can't find on our store, contact us. We will see what we can do for you.

  • Pick your headphone model on its product page and we select the right connector for you. If your model isn't listed, or you're not sure, send us the exact model and we'll confirm before you order. Connectors are not interchangeable, so it's worth getting right.

  • Balanced uses a 4-pin XLR or 4.4mm plug and keeps the left and right channels fully separate. You need it only if your amp has a balanced output. If you're plugging into a normal 3.5mm or 6.35mm jack, single-ended is what you want. Not sure? Tell us your amp and we'll point you the right way.

  • Often, yes. We don't list every adapter and extension on the store, so tell us the exact plugs you need on each end (size and pin count) and the length, and we'll quote it. If you just need an adapter to use an existing cable, we can usually point you to one.

  • Yes, including cables we didn't make. We re-terminate to a different connector and repair loose or broken plugs. Send us the headphone model, the connector you want, and a photo of the current plug, and we'll tell you what's possible.

  • Neutrik (and its Rean line) are solid, reliable connectors that perform great for the vast majority of builds. They're our standard, and they're what most people want. Furutech connectors are precision-machined to a higher standard, with better materials, plating, and a smoother, more durable mating cycle. They cost significantly more because they genuinely cost more to make. We recommend Furutech for high-end builds where you want fit and finish to match the rest of your chain. For everyday use, Neutrik does the job beautifully.

  • All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and Klarna if you want to split it up. Whatever works for you.

  • Two years. If it's a materials or workmanship issue under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free. We stand behind what we make.
