The Beyerdynamic DT series headband padding is a separate wear point from the earpads. If the earpads have been replaced and the headband material is cracking or compressing unevenly, this is the complementary fix.
Dekoni's replacement headbands for the DT series use the same material logic as their earpads: Choice Leather for a firmer feel and better durability, Choice Suede for a softer, more breathable alternative. Both drop in without tools.
