The GSP 300 is Sennheiser's closed-back entry gaming headset: practical build, decent isolation, and the kind of leatherette pads that start generating heat well before the third hour of use. Dekoni's JRZ Choice Memory Foam is the single available replacement for this model, and it addresses that directly.
Memory foam conforms to the ear rather than compressing against it. That distributes contact pressure more evenly and runs a few degrees cooler than a rigid leatherette cup against the skin. For gaming sessions measured in hours rather than minutes, the difference accumulates quickly.
